The price indicated includes overnight stay in the type of residence chosen, cleaning and tidying up of the apartment, except for the kitchen area, every day excluding Sundays and holidays, changing of bed linen twice a week and bathroom linen three times a week, reception service with a doorkeeper 24 hours a day, electricity and gas consumption and accommodation fees. The price refers to the occupancy of the apartment by the number of guests allowed by each type of accommodation.

Every apartment of the Residence is equipped with satellite color TV system, direct telephone line, free Internet access, heating and air conditioning.
